I met Whitney almost 20 years ago at a fundraiser. She was a beautiful, gracious human being. She held hands with her band and said a prayer before going on stage. Whitney is easily one of the greatest singers in the history of music. This is a tragic loss of a brilliant artist. My heart and prayers are with her family now and always. Michael

As I have said before Thank You for giving Us All an outlet to express ourselves...and for Sharing your Soul with Us (your Core Fans)!
I have just now finished watching "The Bodyguard" I simply had to watch this movie...and I can see why Kevin Costner waited for "Whitney"...
she was worth the 1 yr. wait...and if you ever see him on the Golf course, please Thank him for sharing this beautiful Masterpiece of Art & Music:)!
Whitney is singing in a Choir in Heaven now....May she Rest IN Peace....and be her daughters Guardian Angel!

Comment by Kathy Ruddell on February 16, 2012 at 2:32am The death of Whitney is a big lost for all of us, but her death should open the hearts of all people all over the world, like the death of Michael Jackson and Diana did. We all must open our hearts and we are all connected by our hearts all over the world. Materialism has to go now. It is time to feel real love now deep in our hearts and it begins by ourselfs, by real loving ourselfs. God saves and bless you all. Burgi

Comment by Suzanne Scheiner on February 15, 2012 at 4:38am It is still so very hard to believe...that such a voice is forever gone from this world...at least we can hear or see her anytime we want to...my mother, who has since passed, was a singer and she made one record. I get to listen to the sound of her familiar voice and vocals and it is very comforting to my heart and soul. Just like we listen to you, Michael, although we can only hope that you will visit to our cities for a live concert!!!!
Happy Valentines. Day!!!

Comment by Pauline Preston on February 13, 2012 at 7:06pm I am so glad that I got the opportunity to see Whitney live on stage. She wasn't at her best but all the same there was still snippets of the magic that she created with that wonderful unique captivating singing voice. Rest in Eternal Peace Whitney. Pauline x
Hi Michael, thank you for sharing your thoughts and memories of Whitney, may she finally rest in peace. It’s so shocking when a singer from our generation, who’s music we’ve loved and lived to since their beginning is so suddenly taken from us. I’m thankful that we had time to enjoy her beautiful gift that will live on through her recordings and the artists I’m sure she’ll continue to inspire… I remember you saying you had wanted to sing a duet with her and it’s really sad that you won’t be able to perform that dream duet, but I hope you’re starting to scratch off your wish list since you can Michael. Do take good care of yourself, God bless. Hugs, sincerely, Sylvie from Canada
